My coaching sessions are designed to be one hour in duration. In the introductory session, our primary focus will be on building a solid understanding of each other. We'll dive into your current challenges, identify the outcomes you aspire to achieve, and set the stage for our coaching journey.
Before our coaching sessions commence, I conduct separate meetings with the executive assistant and, if available, the leader. In these discussions, we dive into the challenges, roadblocks, and desired outcomes that are unique to each individual.
This separation serves a dual purpose:
- Leader Alignment:The leader's commitment is crucial, and these individual meetings ensure they are on board and ready to empower the executive assistant to embrace potential new approaches and release responsibilities as they become ready.
- Open Communication:Clients often feel more comfortable sharing their pain points privately. As a neutral party, I gather information from both parties and incorporate these insights into a comprehensive roadmap for growth.
This tailored approach allows us to address specific needs effectively and fosters an environment conducive to open communication and growth.
While I can't guarantee success, it's important to highlight that only you can own your development. I'm your guide along the journey to help you grow, and I may not know everything, especially regarding the nuances of your role or organization. But if I don't have a solution, we'll figure it out together! I am fully committed to partnering with you on your journey toward achieving personal and professional goals.
