Earlier in my career, I served as Director of Operations and Executive Assistant to the VP of Technology at Life.Church, where I helped scale systems, streamline operations, and support a growing team. Today, I serve as Director of Operations to the COO of Apollos — a tech company helping churches thrive — while also coaching the next generation of executive assistants with the same proven strategies I've honed over the past 20 years.
